Tuoren Group was established in 1993 with its initial name of ChangYuan XinHua Medical Equipment Plant. It was renamed as XinXiang Tuoren Medical Co. Ltd in 1996.In the end，it officially gained registration with the present name of Tuoren Group in 2005. Living through a rapid development of 10 years，Tuoren Group has become a modern corporation group setting foot in scientific research，production，trade and service with registered capital of 81，600，000 yuan. What it produced and managed covers many medical equipments of Category 1，2 & 3 and packings. It owns 17 branch member settings，in charge of 5 subsidiary companies: XinXiang Tuoren Medical Equipments Co.Ltd (established in 1996)，XinXiang LiPu Packing Co.Ltd (established in December 18，1998)，XinXiang Tuoren Sanitation Materials Co.，Ltd (established in April 14，2005);  HeNan Tuoren Medical Equipments Co.Ltd (established in June 22，2004)，and HeNan Tuoren Trade Co.Ltd (established in April 19，2005).  
Now，the company has employed over 1，000 staffs. 261 affiliated branch settings were dispersed nationally in China to form an efficient network of management and sale，with 1，506 specialized sale employees in service.
 In 1996: we succeeded  registering the distinct trademark of Tuoren. 
 In 2001:it passed ISO2001 quality system examination
in 2003: gained CMD certificate.
In the September of 2004，the disposable anesthesia kit of Tuoren we produced was rewarded the title of  Trust-marked Product.
